Extensive Efficiency Improvements for Numerous Products

We realize cost reduction through the elimination of needless processes and shorten delivery schedules.
Moreover, our manufacturing processes are carried out with careful consideration of the environment and in compliance with societal requirements and standards.

Casting

KIKUWA has the ability to use a vast array of materials, molding methods and machines.
As for the materials, ADC1, 3, 6, 12, ZDC1, 2, and beric are the main materials we use. ZA27 and HT-1 are also specially used. We also use a wide variety of casting techniques, from general die casting methods to GF and squeeze casting, etc.
We also are positively progressing with our in-line processes with automatic trimming and parts processing equipment.

Machining

With our latest dedicated MC and numerical control (NC) machining equipment, we are able to conduct high precision manufacturing.
With periodic machine precision confirmation and consistent cutting and metallurgic processes, we are able to continuously manufacture identical products.

Production Management

Systems to manage all processes from orders to shipment, have been constructed with our original production management system.
Process lead times are determined according to the product, and manufacturing methods can be determined by customer delivery requests.
