From our own on site processes to our partners in the field, quality assurance is unified under our in-house quality control management system.
As quality assurance professionals, and we are able to provide our customers with products of the highest quality by checking the quality at the each stage of the process and through the synergetic effect of our precision equipment.
Status reviews are carried out on site based on the original check list, where inspections, suggestions, and corrective actions are taken if so required.
We conduct these reviews on a periodic basis with our goal of eliminating defects.
We are compliant with ISO Standards,ISO9001, ISO14001, in addition, THAI KIKUWA is compliant with ISO/TS16949.
ISO9001 compliance was acquired in 1998, with the establishment of in-house project, without the help of external consultants.
Quality report conferences are held once a month, with our quality policy being, "To create reliable products from the customer's standpoint." Our challenge is to make monthly improvements resulting from these conferences. We continually strive to improve the quality of our products
We invest aggressively in calibration and measurement equipment. We continuously introduce the latest machinery and equipment into our factories, examples include, three-dimensional measuring machines, tensile strength testers, hardness testers, and circularity and cylindrical measuring instruments.
Also, we continuously monitor material components with an emission spectrophotometer (quantometer) when materials are exchanged, and during our periodic analyses at the beginning of each month. These activities ensure the quality of our products.
