Vacuum Die Casting
Die casting method where decompression takes place in the cavity. By reducing defects and cavities in the cast, we are able to achieve quality and cost improvements. And T6 heat-treatment and welding can be possible.

Squeeze Die Casting
Hot liquid is slowly poured into the lower part of the mold.High precision products with few cracks or cavities are achieved through high pressure squeeze casting. And T6 heat-treatment and welding can be possible.

Promoting Technicians

We strenuously encourage the promotion our die cast technicians, and currently 100% of on site personnel are Certified Engineering Technicians.

Lateral Spread of Technology

The technologies cultivated in Japan are promptly deployed to Thailand, and are standardized. The shift to production is also speedy.
